When Things Don't Arrive on Time
When I shop online, the first thing I check is the delivery date. I usually don’t mind waiting for larger items, but for small ones, I prefer not to wait. I’m the type of person who cancels an order, even if the item is nearby, if it’s not delivered on the scheduled date and time.
I understand it can be challenging for those handling our orders, but having a promised delivery date is important to me. I plan my day and activities around it, so when the delivery doesn’t happen, it ruins my entire day. If the item was meant to be a gift, it becomes even more complicated.
My frustration led me to share this post, as yesterday, a watch I had eagerly awaited, tracking its price drop daily, failed to arrive. I ended up canceling the order when the watch was just 15 minutes away from my home.
